We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, your item. If they have been returned in the same saleable condition as you received them a full refund will be instructed via Shopify our secure website host.
Please package up your order securely to ensure that it is not damaged on it's way back to us.
The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.
We recommend you return by registered post. Goods are returned to us at your own cost.
If you need a refund your account will be credited once the item/s are received and are in an re-saleable condition. Returned items must not be worn, soiled or damaged in any way, and must be 'as sold'.
This differs from our In Store Policy where unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an exchange for items of the same or higher value, on payment of the balance, or store credit only.

The couriers will deliver on a working day (defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 7am and 10pm.
Orders placed before 2.00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2.00pm may be dispatched the next working day.
Standard Delivery - Free (UK only)
We expect your package to arrive within 3/4 working days.
Next Day UK Delivery - £8
Express delivery orders placed on a Friday before 2 pm will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend cannot be dispatched until Monday.
Unfortunately due to the new Brexit restrictions we are not posting outside of the UK. We are hoping we shall be able to in the near future.
Please note we do not deliver on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday do not qualify for next day delivery but will be dispatched within 2 working days.

If you wish items to be sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
The couriers we use will ask for a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home when the courier attempts to deliver a card will be left telling you where your order can be collected from or notifying you when delivery will be attempted again.
Please check the condition of the parcel before signing for it. If it appears damaged or has been tampered with, please check the contents before accepting it from the courier and, if there are items missing, reject the package.
RESTRICTIONS & TAXES
All products are shipped from the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has now left the European Union and thus seen an end to the free trade agreement as we know it. This now means our customers within the EU will have duties and taxes to pay on top of their purchase, which are not part of your Vix invoice and are to be paid by you upon entry of your destination country.
REST OF THE WORLD
It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Vix invoice. Vix is unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office.
